Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Track My Order page - (https://mikimisu.com/pages/track-my-order) to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation. Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 9 - 27 Business days. For International orders, please allow up to 2-4 weeks. See specified Shipping times here - https://mikimisu.com/pages/shipping-returns

A: Sometimes import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country's customs office.
